1 oz SO Mint Simple Syrup 1 oz cucumber rum 1 oz fresh lime juice 2-4 oz sparkling water Serve on ice and garnish with cucumber slice I recommend infusing your own cucumber rum. To do so, take desired amount of white rum, add thinly sliced or julienned cucumbers at the rate of 1 cucumber per 2 C rum. Let mixture soak in a glass jar for 1-3 days. I like to do it at room temperature for quicker infusion. Strain and wring the cucumber out and discard. Chill rum until ready to serve. Moscow Mule

1 oz SO Mint Simple Syrup 2 Tbsp chocolate chips pinch of salt 1 C milk of your choice (I use coconut milk) 1/4 tsp vanilla extract Heat milk using your favorite method, add the remaining ingredients and stir. Drink. If you want your cocoa drinkable, add the simple syrup to the hot drink while still frozen. If you want your drink piping hot, melt the simple syrup in advance (microwave 5 seconds or at room temperature in minutes). |
